The tanks consist of high-quality sheet steel, bolts, beams and roof panels, anchors and fixing elements, as well as a wide range of auxiliary components (hatches, flanges, trays, ladders, platforms, etc.).

The steel sheets have one or more rows of holes through which they are fastened together with bolts and sealant.

The sheets are coated on both sides with a special glass-enamel coating.

"Glass-enamel coating" is steel coated with glass enamel.

This coating gives the steel unique properties for use in manure storage facilities and tanks for storing aggressive liquids.

Glass enamel is baked onto steel sheets at 850 degrees Celsius to achieve improved properties such as flexibility and corrosion resistance.

Applying a "glass enamel coating" to the internal and external surfaces of steel sheets ensures durability of the steel tank, even in harsh environmental conditions, and achieves significant savings on materials. The sheets undergo high-voltage integrity testing.

Glass-lined tanks are used for storing liquefied manure and aggressive media. These manure storage facilities are available in both open and closed configurations. Closed tanks are equipped with a roof.

A glass-lined tank equipped with a roof allows for the natural conversion of manure into fertilizer through anaerobic digestion, prevents manure from freezing during cold weather, prevents precipitation from penetrating the structure, and minimizes the risk of odor.

The size of the manure storage tank is calculated based on the volume of liquid waste, the planned storage period, and the time required for fertilization.

The construction of steel cylindrical manure storage tanks ensures complete protection of the environment, soil, water bodies, and water intakes from harmful substances by eliminating the possibility of manure runoff leaks. The design of the manure storage tank allows for its installation in virtually any location. Assembly and commissioning of the tank are completed quickly. Tanks can be installed near livestock farms, automating the process of transporting manure to the storage tank. When roofed, the tanks can be installed in close proximity to populated areas.
