The incineration system for biological, medical, and municipal solid waste (MSW/MSW) includes the following equipment, each element of which is developed by our specialists to meet the customer's individual requirements:
The incinerator combustion chamber, which can be horizontal, vertical, drum, or rotary, and can include various types of grate.
An exhaust gas afterburner for waste incineration (customized based on the morphological composition of the waste).
Waste loading system (options: automated, automatic, continuous flow).
Ash unloading system for the combustion chamber, afterburner, and dust and gas cleaning devices (options: automatic).
Air supply system. Exhaust gas cooling and heat recovery system.
Dust and gas cleaning system, which can include a spark arrestor, cyclone, scrubber, bag filter, and electrostatic precipitator.
Automatic control panel. Chimney
ABONOⓇ incinerators provide an effective means of reducing the volume of solid municipal waste while also providing a valuable energy source. The steam produced can be used for heating or electricity generation.
EU Directive 2000/76/EC states that if hazardous waste containing more than 1% halogenated organic compounds, expressed as chlorine, is incinerated, the flue gas afterburning temperature must be increased to 1100°C and maintained in the afterburning chamber for at least 2 seconds.
ABONOⓇ waste incinerators are designed so that the gases generated during waste combustion in the combustion chamber are reburned at a temperature of 1100-1200°C for 2 seconds in the afterburning chamber. Afterburning chambers are designed after data on the morphological and elemental composition of the waste being incinerated is provided. To fully comply with applicable emission standards, ABONOⓇ Combustion Systems include flue gas cleaning units. Flue gas cleaning in these systems is a multifaceted approach to pollution control designed to eliminate hazardous combustion products generated during waste incineration.
