The modular stations manufactured by the enterprise are functionally complete products of full factory readiness, structurally designed as independent products and, depending on their purpose, include a full set of technological equipment installed in a specially designed structure (block-box), container, or on a frame-base.

When designing a block-box, wind, snow, seismic, and temperature loads that will affect the station at its operating site, as well as loads from the operating equipment itself, are taken into account.

Structurally, the block-box is a steel arched frame with enclosing structures made of three-layer sandwich panels with mineral wool or polyurethane foam insulation. At the customer's request, the station's vandal resistance can be significantly enhanced by using 20-ft or 40-ft sea containers as the station's shelter base.

At the customer's request, through the application of appropriate design solutions, any degree of fire resistance of the station can be ensured in accordance with SP 2.13130.2012, as well as the possibility of operating the modular station in explosive environments.

Modular stations housed in block-boxes and containers are equipped with all systems necessary for reliable operation of the installed process equipment: main and emergency lighting system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, fire detection and automatic fire extinguishing system, and access control system. Modular stations mounted on a frame-base are intended for installation in a specially prepared customer room within a permanent building.

All modular stations are adapted for long-distance transportation by road. If the area of the modular station exceeds the maximum allowable transport dimensions, the station is manufactured from several block sections, transported separately to the installation site, where they are assembled by the plant's specialists into a fully functional modular station.

The installation and service department of LLC "CHZMEC", if necessary, will carry out installation and commissioning works at the station's operating site, and will undertake warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the equipment installed in the modular stations.
